mtc. and Proserv have been working together for several years now with a variety of projects and services provided.
Proserv are on the forefront of technologies within the oil and gas energy sector and provide expertise and services to improve, optimise and support existing and new systems. They have been operating for over 60 years and continue to deliver high quality services and technologies to their customers.
Having built the previous website for Proserv almost 5 years ago, the business has undergone some structural changes and they were looking for a better way to reflect this as part of the website as well as upgrade the platform to use the latest technologies WordPress has to offer since the initial site build. This would streamline the maintenance of content on the website and reduce the workload for Proserv, whilst reflecting their new structure and using their new branding. We then had the task of producing a fantastic website that delivered on these goals to further improve the experience for their customers and for Proserv themselves.
The first step here was to do some digging and thoroughly understand Proserv’s users. We ran a workshop with the team at Proserv to get right into the details and work out the best way to cater to each of these user groups and personas with the website. This gave is a very clear picture of what was needed and provided Proserv with a clearer picture of what their users were trying to achieve on the website. This meant we could produce designs that serve everyone as they are expecting.
From here, we built the website on the latest version of WordPress and set up lots of useful functionality in the back end to ensure managing the content for the website was as effortless as possible for Proserv going forward.
