Hilton’s centralized content team managed promotional updates across a global network of hotel websites—a process that was labor-intensive and often delayed by ambiguous requests and incorrect form submissions.

To streamline this, we built a JavaScript-based solution that allowed users to log in and click directly on any part of their live site, instantly launching the correct, context-aware request form. The system had to work with the constraint of modifying only a single line of code on each live site. Despite this limitation, we engineered a lightweight yet powerful tool that dynamically mapped DOM elements and rendered real-time overlays.

The result was a significant boost in efficiency and accuracy, enabling the content team to respond faster and at scale.
