Supporting Our Customers Through COVID-19

mtc is taking the spread of Coronavirus in the UK and to our friends across the world extremely seriously. Our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of our people and customers, as well as providing an environment where we can continue to support our customers online the way we have successfully over the last 15 years.

We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the UK Government.

We have set up our entire team with everything they need to work from home and executed a well thought out contingency plan. This includes VPN’s so our team, compliance and finance can work securely the way they always have. It also includes extensive use of communications and management apps such as Slack, Jira and Zoho for managing our projects and communication the same way we always have. Our hosting and server admin team will ensure our hosting infrastructure remains as solid and reliable as it always has been.

Our team can work very efficiently from home and it is our number one aim to keep things business as usual for all of our customers. In light of recent announcements there will be short term needs and longer term improvements required to your digital presence to adapt to the changing situation and we are here to help to ensure that we all come through this challenging situation together.
