The General Teaching Council for Scotland is the regulatory body for teachers in Scotland. The organisation has its roots in the 1960s following the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 1965, and was granted independent status in 2012.

Project Objectives:

Recommend and implement an appropriate replacement content management system to manage content for gtcs.org.uk and iftra.org.

Review the site content architecture and work collaboratively with GTC Scotland to develop a new structure user journey/experience to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Design a responsive site optimised for viewing on any device/browser combination.

To work responsibly and collaboratively with other GTC Scotland providers to fully integrate third-party systems and API's.
